1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using timenowin.ai ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

The Site provides an atomic-synced world clock, location pages, machine-readable time APIs (including an MCP server), and related information. Features may change without notice.

3. Operator

The Site is owned and operated by Green Tec LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered office at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

4. User obligations and acceptable use

  • Do not abuse the APIs (be reasonable — roughly ≤ 10 requests per second per IP).
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Site.
  • Do not use the Site to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Do not scrape personal data; the Site does not knowingly contain any.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content, branding, source code, and design — except for third-party material clearly attributed — is the property of Green Tec LLCor its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Public time data is open and may be re-used freely without attribution.

6. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to or display third-party content (including advertisements served by Google AdSense). We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for such third-party content. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that time values are suitable for safety- critical, financial-clearing, legal-evidentiary, or aviation/navigation use.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GREEN TEC LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100). IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Tec LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. We will provide notice of material changes via the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
